AI Agents Find Possible Aging Treatments by Analyzing Millions of Molecular Profiles

Updated

Abstract

Essence

ClockBase Agent suggests large public molecular datasets can be mined to find candidate aging interventions.

Evidence

This resource and large-scale reanalysis integrated millions of human and mouse methylation and RNA-seq samples with over 40 aging clocks, including 43,602 intervention-control comparisons and mouse validation of ouabain.

Caveat

Most findings are aging-clock reanalyses of existing datasets, and experimental validation in the abstract is limited to ouabain in aged mice.
