- Alterations in signaling pathways, such as mTOR activation and AMPK inhibition, are observed.
- Dysregulation of autophagy-related transcription factors, including TFEB, FOXO3, and NRF2, is noted.
- A novel relationship between autophagy impairment and lipid metabolism dysregulation is identified.
