Berbamine (BBM) may alleviate motor and cognitive impairment in animal models of Huntington's disease.

  • Huntington's disease is associated with both motor and cognitive deficits in affected models.
  • Preliminary findings suggest that BBM could improve motor function in these models.
  • BBM may also enhance cognitive performance in the context of Huntington's disease.
  • These observations indicate potential therapeutic effects of BBM for managing symptoms of Huntington's disease.
