Abstract

A total of 2344 differentially expressed genes were identified in the study.

  • The gene set enrichment analysis revealed significant enrichment in apoptosis, the p53 signaling pathway, and mitochondrial translation.
  • Immune infiltration analysis suggested involvement of the immune response in doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity.
  • Weighted gene co-expression network analysis identified 2969 key modular genes, with 1569 intersecting as DIC-related genes.
  • Network pharmacology analysis revealed 74 active ingredients and 692 target genes of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction, resulting in 64 common targets with DIC-related genes.
  • Core components quercetin and kaempferol were identified, with 13 core genes linked to mitophagy.
  • Five key genes (AKT1, TP53, BCL2L1, FASN, HRAS) showed good diagnostic value and their expression changes induced by doxorubicin were reversed by HGWD.
