Health Benefits of Antioxidant Protection and Repair Based on Body Clock Timing

Updated

Abstract

Significant improvements in skin radiance and overall photodamage were observed in 61 female subjects using a novel circadian-based dual serum system.

  • The active group using the dual serum system showed notable enhancements in skin radiance at weeks 4, 8, and 12 compared to the control group.
  • Improvements in overall photodamage, tactile toughness, and global fine lines/wrinkles were recorded by week 12 in the active group.
  • Biopsy results and skin swab analysis corroborated the clinical grading outcomes, indicating a biological basis for the observed improvements.
  • Subjects consistently rated the dual serum system higher than the control regimen at all follow-up visits, particularly noting improvements in skin radiance and health.
