Mean time of media use per night was 46.6 minutes.
- Computer usage for playing, surfing, or reading may be linked to increased insomnia and a preference for eveningness.
- Mobile phone usage for playing, surfing, or texting may also be associated with insomnia and certain chronotypes, while negatively affecting morningness.
- Other media devices did not show any relationship with insomnia or chronotype.
- No type of media use was associated with daytime sleepiness.
