Improved Facial Rejuvenation: How Hylan Gel Filler May Boost Collagen Production and Skin Repair

Updated

Abstract

Hylan Gel Dermal Filler DX demonstrated high stimulation of collagen production and enhanced fibroblast migration compared to other fillers.

  • The filler showed a balanced elastic and viscous profile, indicating structural integrity and adaptability.
  • Collagen types I, III, IV, VI, and elastin production was significantly increased with Hylan Gel Dermal Filler DX.
  • Enhanced fibroblast migration and wound healing were observed at 72 hours post-application with this filler.
  • Cytokine analysis revealed increased levels of TGF-β1 and IL-10, and decreased TNFα and IL-1β, indicating potential anti-inflammatory effects.
  • These properties suggest Hylan Gel Dermal Filler DX may be a promising option for facial rejuvenation and tissue regeneration.
