Abstract

FAM207BP expression was distinctly higher in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) than in normal tissues.

  • High FAM207BP expression is associated with worse overall survival and disease-free survival in LUAD patients.
  • FAM207BP expression correlates significantly with gender differences in LUAD.
  • Silencing FAM207BP leads to a marked reduction in cellular viability, migration, and invasion of LUAD cells.
  • Higher levels of FAM207BP expression are linked to lower B cell infiltration.
  • Gene Set Enrichment Analysis suggests that high FAM207BP expression is related to the regulation of gene expression, while low expression may relate to immune response.
