Updated

Abstract

Grounding may lead to significant increases in physical function and energy while decreasing fatigue, depressed mood, and pain in massage therapists.

  • Participants showed improvements in physical function and energy levels while grounded.
  • Grounding was associated with reductions in fatigue, depressed mood, and pain.
  • One month after the intervention, increased physical function and decreased fatigue and depressed mood were still observed.
