Abstract

Of the 1556 interested participants, 776 were enrolled, primarily consisting of 56.8% females and 92% of Chinese ethnicity.

  • Participants had a mean age of 22.7 years and a mean BMI of 21.9 kg/m.
  • 26.1% of participants were classified as overweight, while 5.4% were classified as obese.
  • 37.7% of participants reported poor mental well-being based on the World Health Organization-5 Well-Being Index.
  • 14.1% of participants were identified as at higher risk for psychological distress according to the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale.
  • Data collection included continuous monitoring of physical activity, sleep, and dietary habits over a two-year period.
