  • The NLRP3 inflammasome-mediated pyroptosis enhances bone immunity and contributes to osteoporosis pathology.
  • Ferroptosis, influenced by iron imbalance and lipid peroxidation, selectively harms bone-forming cells, exacerbating inflammatory responses.
