Insomnia and myocardial stress significantly altered cardiac and biochemical profiles, particularly during ZT6-ZT12.

  • Insomnia and myocardial stress resulted in changes in cardiac conduction and repolarization indices.
  • Melatonin rhythmicity and serotonin levels were altered in response to insomnia and stress.
  • Elevated cardiac troponin I and reduced clotting time were observed, indicating heightened cardiac risk.
  • Increased platelet aggregation was noted predominantly during the early morning phase.
  • Integrative analysis revealed a potential molecular signature associated with circadian-thrombotic alterations.
