  • Ten core targets were predicted, including HSP90AA1, SRC, and AKT1.
  • The therapeutic mechanism of Dendrobium officinale is closely associated with the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway.
  • Erianin, a compound from Dendrobium officinale, was shown to inhibit the proliferation of A549 lung cancer cells in vitro.
  • Erianin down-regulated the expression of proteins p-AKT and p-PI3K within the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway.
