Long COVID is associated with significantly increased risks of pericarditis, cardiomyopathy, dysrhythmias, and heart failure among COVID-19 survivors.

  • Immune dysregulation, endothelial dysfunction, persistent viral antigens, and coagulopathy may drive cardiovascular complications.
