Long COVID symptom burden in a community cohort separated into high, moderate, and low longitudinal clusters with different risk profiles.

Evidence

This was a longitudinal community-based CHASING COVID Cohort analysis of 511 participants with long COVID after confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection, using repeated self-reported symptoms through about 12 months and clustering plus regression models.

Caveat

Symptoms and pre-infection status were self-reported, and the clustering describes patterns and associations rather than proving causes or treatment pathways.
