AC083900.1 and RP11-283C24.1 are identified as critical long non-coding RNAs associated with osteosarcoma progression, with hazard ratios of 3.498 and 2.724, respectively.

  • A prognostic model using AC083900.1 and RP11-283C24.1 showed an outstanding prediction performance for osteosarcoma prognosis, with AUC values of 0.799 and 0.778.
