Abstract
Lung-targeted lipid nanoparticles significantly prolonged survival in orthotopic models of Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC).
- Lung-enriched gamma delta T cells are identified as a critical component in NSCLC.
- Analysis of patient data indicates that gamma delta T cell and CD1d signatures correlate with improved survival in NSCLC patients.
- The engineered lipid nanoparticles preferentially accumulate in the lung after intravenous administration.
- Activation of gamma delta T cells and enhanced CD8+ T cell infiltration were observed in NSCLC models treated with the nanovaccine.
