Metabolomics shows how liposomal resvida may help treat endometrial cancer by controlling cell recycling genes

Essence

In an oestradiol valerate-induced endometrial cancer model, liposomal Resvida was associated with stronger biomarker and -related gene changes than non-liposomal Resvida.

Evidence

This and biomarker analysis compared control, oestradiol valerate, Resvida, and liposomal-Resvida groups and reported shifted serum metabolite profiles, lower CA125 after Resvida (108.7 IU/mL) and liposomal Resvida (82.2 IU/mL), and changes in mTOR, Cfos, ERDj-4, PTEN, and p53.

Caveat

The abstract describes biomarker and metabolomic changes in an induced model without clear clinical outcomes, so therapeutic efficacy in human endometrial cancer remains uncertain.
