Creating a multi-target vaccine against Helicobacter pylori using new saRNA technology and computer-based design

Updated

Abstract

Essence

An design for Helicobacter pylori showed predicted immunogenicity in computational models.

Evidence

This in-silico immunoinformatics study selected epitopes from UreB, BabA, HpaA, CagA, and VacA and assessed MHC binding, peptide stability, TLR4 docking, population coverage, and B-cell epitopes.

Caveat

The vaccine has not been validated in vitro or in vivo, and RNA stability, delivery, safety, and durability of immune protection remain unresolved.
