Evidence

High-throughput single-person multiomics study compared genome, transcriptome, metabolome, proteome, microbiome, and epigenome results with larger matched cohorts.

Caveat

The central evidence comes from one extreme-lifespan individual, and the abstract says generalization requires larger cohorts and longitudinal prospective studies.
