Elevated NAT10 levels in deep vein thrombosis (DVT) mice may contribute to endothelial cell ferroptosis.

  • GPX4 is crucial for preventing ferroptosis in endothelial cells.
  • Ferroptosis in endothelial cells could promote thrombosis formation.
  • Silencing NAT10 reduced ferroptosis in both lab and live models.
  • Endothelial-specific knockout of NAT10 may inhibit DVT development.
  • NAT10 appears to increase HMOX1 mRNA stability, worsening endothelial dysfunction in DVT.
