Over 40,000 pregnancies were analyzed, revealing no significant increase in congenital malformations associated with maternal exposure to glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists.
- Maternal exposure to glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists during pregnancy is not linked to a significant increase in any congenital malformations.
- First-trimester exposure does not significantly raise the risk of major congenital malformations.
