  • The relationship between procrastination and sleep disturbance has not been fully clarified.
  • Demographics, lifestyle factors, sleep hygiene, and ADHD traits could influence this relationship.
  • It is uncertain if chronotype plays a role in mediating the connection between procrastination and sleep disturbance.
