Updated

Abstract

At 3 months, the intervention group experienced significant reductions in anxiety and depression scores, as well as improvements in sleep quality.

  • Anxiety scores decreased from 12.3 to 7.1, and depression scores dropped from 11.8 to 6.5.
  • Sleep quality improved significantly, with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores decreasing from 10.5 to 6.2.
  • The immune function, as measured by the CD4⁺/CD8⁺ T cell ratio, showed a decline from 1.78 to 1.44.
  • Inflammatory markers were reduced, with interleukin 6 levels decreasing from 12.4 to 8.2 pg/mL and tumor necrosis factor alpha from 9.3 to 6.1 pg/mL.
  • Two-year disease-free survival rates improved from 68.5% to 81.2%, and overall survival rates increased from 76.7% to 88.5%.
