The average Dermatology Quality of Life Index score among psoriasis patients was 12.61 ± 4.88.

  • Psoriasis patients reported significantly higher anxiety levels compared to healthy volunteers, with a p-value of 0.032.
  • A significant difference in loneliness scores was observed between psoriasis patients and healthy individuals (p=0.033).
  • Self-esteem was notably lower in female psoriasis patients compared to their male counterparts.
  • The findings indicate that psoriasis impacts not only physical health but also psychological and social well-being.
