Abstract
Zenagamtide is a new receptor agonist under evaluation for weight management and Type 2 diabetes.
- The pharmacokinetic properties of zenagamtide were assessed in individuals with different levels of kidney function.
- Safety and tolerability of zenagamtide were compared between participants with renal impairment and those with normal kidney function.
- Preliminary findings suggest that renal function may influence the pharmacokinetics of zenagamtide.
