RModBlock ASOs inhibited RNA modifications by up to 97% in human cells.

  • The RNA Modification-Blocking strategy uses chemically modified antisense oligonucleotides to prevent specific RNA modifications.
  • RModBlock ASOs effectively blocked the formation of structural contexts necessary for certain modifications, such as m5C and pseudouridine.
