  • Nurses reported a mean job satisfaction score of 48.05 out of 100.
  • A weak negative correlation (r = -0.25) was observed between sleep quality and job satisfaction.
  • Higher sleep quality scores were associated with lower job satisfaction scores.
  • Overall, nurses demonstrated low sleep quality and moderate levels of job satisfaction.
