  • An exponential growth in publications per year was observed, indicating increasing interest in Tex research.
  • The United States and China are leading contributors to the Tex literature.
  • Harvard University is identified as the most productive institution in this field.
  • Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy is highlighted as a major focus within Tex research.
  • Cancer, particularly hepatocellular carcinoma and HIV, is the most studied disease related to Tex.
  • Future research areas are expected to include machine learning, immune checkpoint inhibitors, and immunotherapy resistance.
