T-cell microRNA-155 influences response to tumor-targeting mRNA vaccines in a mouse model of acute leukemia

Loss of microRNA-155 in T cells results in deficient anti-leukemia immunity against a specific mouse model of AML.

  • Conditional knockout of miR-155 in T cells leads to impaired immunity against C1498-OVA AML.

  • Single-cell RNA sequencing indicates that miR-155 affects gene regulation related to the immune response to mRNA vaccines.
