Abstract
This paper discusses how the tau protein behaves in a way that can lead to Alzheimer's disease. Tau can form clusters that may be early signs of the disease before it develops into more serious problems, like neurofibrillary tangles. We look at how this clustering process works, what affects it, and how it is important for brain functions like stability and communication. We also explore new ways to target tau clusters for treatment, including advanced techniques that could help diagnose Alzheimer's earlier and improve treatment options. Overall, understanding tau's behavior offers new hope for tackling Alzheimer's disease.
