Remote Acupressure and Qigong for Fatigue After COVID-19: A Qualitative Study

Updated

Abstract

Essence

Telemedical Qigong and self-acupressure were experienced as flexible self-care supports for some people with post-COVID fatigue.

Evidence

A qualitative substudy interviewed 12 ACUQiG trial participants aged 35-57 after an eight-week online Qigong and self-applied acupressure program.

Caveat

The study captures self-reported experiences in a small qualitative sample, not whether the intervention improves fatigue versus control care.
