- Both YA3D3 preparations reversed the decrease in ATG14 and ATG16L1 expression caused by ATG14 knock-down in BV2 cells, with YA3D3-MHF showing greater potency (P=0.003).
- Mice treated with YA3D3 exhibited shorter escape latencies and more platform crossings in the Morris water maze compared to the APP/PS1 model group (all P<0.05).
- Cerebral Aβ fluorescence intensity was reduced in all YA3D3 groups (all P<0.001).
