Possible benefits of cannabinoids and psychedelics as new treatments for OCD

Updated

Abstract

Essence

Cannabinoids currently lack support for OCD, while psilocybin shows a preliminary signal in treatment-resistant OCD.

Evidence

Caveat

The evidence base has very few controlled trials and a shortage of rigorous RCTs, so efficacy cannot be established.
