  • Ultrasound irradiation activated therapeutic protein expression specifically within the tumor area.
  • This localized expression led to significant activation of anti-tumor immunity with manageable toxic effects.
  • SORT offers a refined method for bacteria-based therapy, enhancing therapeutic efficacy and minimizing off-target toxicity.
