The biofabricated poultry product is compositionally optimized, free of antibiotic residues, and exhibits a significantly reduced environmental footprint compared to conventional poultry production.

  • Ectopic expression of Yamanaka factors is used to reprogram primary somatic cells from Gallus gallus into induced pluripotent stem cells.
