Evidence

This biomarker analysis used blood RNA-sequencing from cancer survivors with insomnia in the YOCAS-II trial and compared BloodCCD scores with healthy individuals and insomnia severity patterns across intervention arms.

Caveat

The findings are correlational, and the abstract does not report sample size, effect sizes, or whether BloodCCD changed with yoga, CBT-I, or placebo treatment.
