The Sciex RNA 9000 Purity and Integrity kit achieved the highest selectivity and resolving power among the four mRNA analytical methods evaluated.

  • Capillary electrophoresis (CE) methods were compared for assessing the purity and stability of mRNA therapeutics.
  • All four methods evaluated are suitable for characterizing in vitro transcribed (IVT) mRNA, depending on the specific application.
  • The Agilent RNA 6000 Nano Kit, Revvity RNA Reagent Kit, and Agilent HS RNA Kit offered faster analysis times but lower selectivity and resolution.
  • The Sciex RNA 9000 method is recommended for high-resolution, in-depth sample characterization due to its superior selectivity and resolving power.
