Essence

The tested remote cognitive interventions did not show intervention-specific benefit for cognitive long COVID.

Evidence

This 5-arm multicenter phase 2 randomized trial assigned 328 adults to BrainHQ, PASC-CoRE plus BrainHQ, active tDCS plus BrainHQ, active computer games, or sham tDCS plus BrainHQ for 10 weeks.

Caveat

The primary ECog2 outcome and secondary tests were null between groups, even though all arms improved over time and no serious intervention-attributable adverse events occurred.
