This critique and reform proposal integrates clinical, regulatory, experiential, and patient-perspective evidence to define as a surveillance framework.

Caveat

It does not establish a causal relationship between vaccination and these chronic syndromes and is a conceptual policy analysis rather than an epidemiologic test.
