  • The novel strategy utilized dLNPs functionalized with DEC-205-targeting antibodies to improve targeting accuracy.
  • dLNPs achieved selective accumulation in lymph nodes and tumors following intravenous administration.
  • Co-delivery of antigen-encoding mRNA and toll-like receptor (TLR) agonists led to significantly enhanced antigen presentation.
  • This approach resulted in robust CD8 T cell responses and potent antitumor effects.
  • The dual-targeting method showed potential for overcoming immune escape without causing systemic toxicity.
