Dulaglutide treatment led to a 2.0% decrease in glycated hemoglobin after 12 months in type 2 diabetes patients inadequately controlled by previous treatment.

  • Glycated hemoglobin levels improved significantly, with decreases of -1.3% at 6 months and -2.0% at 12 months.
  • Bodyweight reduction was significant, with a loss of -2.0 kg at 6 months and -3.5 kg at 12 months.
  • A reduction in insulin dose was also observed following Dulaglutide treatment.
