A database of 51 longitudinal interventional studies reveals patterns in aging biomarkers' responsiveness.

  • Sixteen prominent epigenetic clocks were calculated for each study in the database.
  • Clocks that predict mortality or the pace of aging showed the strongest responses to interventions.
