Abstract

Resilience and gratitude disposition explained 68.3% of the total variance of well-being among 310 clinical nurses.

  • Resilience and gratitude disposition had significant direct effects on nurses' well-being.
  • Both resilience and gratitude disposition indirectly influenced well-being through burnout, compassion satisfaction, and job satisfaction.
  • Burnout, compassion satisfaction, and job satisfaction acted as mediators in the relationship between resilience, gratitude disposition, and well-being.
