Participants reported significant improvements in awareness of hunger cues after starting GLP-1 receptor agonists.

  • Participants felt more in tune with their physiological hunger cues after initiating treatment.
  • The frequency of eating past the point of fullness significantly decreased.
  • Desires to eat in response to external sensory and situational cues significantly reduced.
  • Emotional cues were associated with a significant decrease in the frequency of overeating.
