Low-dose ketamine-ALN (0.6 mg/kg) reduced PTSD-like responses by 45% compared to unloaded-ALN controls.

  • Low-dose ketamine-ALN delivery bypasses the blood-brain barrier, leading to improved bioavailability compared to standard ketamine.
  • Ketamine-ALN normalizes the expression of hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated channels, which are linked to neuronal excitability.
