Abstract
Of the 600 respondents surveyed, 528 were analyzed to validate the Korean version of the Sleep, Circadian Rhythms, and Mood (SCRAM) questionnaire.
- Exploratory factor analysis revealed a three-factor structure: Good Sleep, Morningness, and Depressed Mood.
- Confirmatory factor analysis indicated a good model fit for the three-factor structure of the SCRAM (CFI = 0.987, TLI = 0.985, RMSEA = 0.062, SRMR = 0.049).
- The SCRAM demonstrated good psychometric properties across its three dimensions under the item-response theory framework.
- Internal consistency for each factor was high, with Cronbach's alpha values of 0.876, 0.873, and 0.924.
- The total 15-item alpha was 0.698, indicating moderate internal consistency.
- The SCRAM showed good convergent validity with other established rating scales and sleep indices.
