The effects of liraglutide on blood pressure in patients with Type 2 Diabetes Nephropathy (T2DN) remain unclear.

Liraglutide may influence blood pressure in this patient population.
The relationship between liraglutide and renal function in T2DN patients is also uncertain.
This analysis systematically evaluates existing data on these effects.
