  • Short-term methionine deprivation altered the expression patterns of m6A writers, erasers, and readers.
  • Changes in m6A RNA levels were associated with modifications in mRNA and protein abundance.
  • Dynamic m6A RNA methylation of MAT2A and CBS transcripts may help maintain methionine balance during starvation.
