- The oviposition behavior of Aedes albopictus, a mosquito that spreads dengue fever, is influenced by circadian rhythms.
- Under varying light/dark conditions, A. albopictus showed a distinct oviposition rhythm.
- Knocking down the microRNA miR-2940-1 impacted the oviposition rhythm in A. albopictus.
